Intro to Olympic Lifting: Loading Price...
Participants have the opportunity to identify their skill-level and readiness-to-lift, and key areas which they can focus on to become ready to lift. They will learn progressions of the Olympic lifts: the clean, jerk and snatch, in a step-by-step fashion. The first progressions of these lifts will be taught using a wooden dowel. Participants will learn in a group environment, while receiving individualized feedback. Participants who have the foundational skills and confidence can then progress to using a barbell.
